Adie O. McCalmon is an author and enterprise change leader with more than 20 years of experience across technology, business transformation, operations, and network engineering. She is the author of The Game of Change.

Adie O. McCalmon helps technology leaders guide people through complex change. Her work spans higher education, telecommunications, IT, software engineering, operations, and network engineering. She holds an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from Columbia University and an MBA from Sacred Heart University. Her book, The Game of Change, offers practical leadership ideas for moving teams from overwhelmed to empowered.
